Someone who holds unconditional presence—without judgment, fixing, or needing to be seen.

They create a field where others can unravel, reveal, and rise, knowing they’ll be held in their wholeness.

A Leader in Service

Someone who shows up to serve, to ground, and to support.

They don’t lead to perform—they lead to embody presence.

Their power comes from humility, heart, and deep self-awareness.

Who this is for

You’ve walked through the fire of your own transformation, and you’re ready to support others in theirs.

You are grounded, self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and know how to stay resourced in high-stakes rooms.

Minimum Requirements:

Completed both The Bridge Experience and Extreme Leadership
Ability to be fully present for the entire event (including arriving early and staying later than standard workshop hours)
Integrity, humility, and a deep reverence for this work
Willing to be coached, called forward, and show up fully to serve
Preference given to:
- Life By Design Grads
- Elementum Coaching School Grads
- MUSE, STRETCH, and other Bridge Method trainings
- Those with a background in coaching, facilitation, trauma awareness, breathwork, somatic or energy work
