Participation is always an invitation and you are always at choice. The experience is designed to be immersive, but you’re encouraged to honor your body and boundaries throughout the weekend. You must commit to being in attendance for the full experience, though, even if you need to sit out an activity. 

We don’t designate an official hotel, but a few weeks before the event we offer to place you in a WhatsApp group with other participants. Many attendees use it to coordinate shared Airbnbs, rides, or carpools if they choose.
