Here's How the Process Works:
- We begin assembling the team 8–10 weeks before each event. Please see the upcoming Bridge Events on our Ticket Page.
- Our foundational team includes return staff and apprentices who have previously served in the room
- In addition to that core group, we invite at least 6 new Guardians to join each round—these individuals are personally selected by Alexi & Preston from the full list of applicants
- As you can imagine, the list grows long. But please know: we do our best to eventually get every person who expresses interest into the room—even if it’s not the first round they apply for.
At this stage, nothing else is required from you.
