The Bridge Method presents
Embodied Facilitator
certification
A four-part professional certification in Facilitation · Coaching · Speaking · Teaching
A nine-month, application-only training in the felt-sense skill of holding a room — reading the nervous system of the people in front of you, and guiding real change in a body, in a room.
The Credential
One program. Four certifications.
Most trainings certify you in one discipline. The Embodied Facilitator graduates you across all four — the complete craft of standing in front of a room and changing what happens in it.
Facilitation
Certified · I
Read and regulate the nervous system of a room and guide groups through real transformation.
Coaching
Certified · II
One-to-one somatic coaching: consent, deep listening, and a full library of tools.
Speaking
Certified · III
Move a room with story. Your true voice — simplicity, command, pacing, and cadence.
Teaching
Certified · IV
Make the complex simple. Design and deliver experiences others can stand on.
The Invitation
Called to the seat of facilitation?
To sit in the seat of facilitator is to hold one of the great privileges of leadership. You are not the source of what shifts in a room — you are the steward of it.
This is a training in that capacity. Not a script. Not a method you perform. The real skill of holding a room in real time — reading what's present, staying open while intensity moves through, and guiding people back to the wisdom already living in them.
Alexi and Preston have been teaching this work for twelve years. Over nine months, it becomes yours.
Our Philosophy
The ground the work stands on.
Five commitments beneath every session — the spiritual and scientific underpinnings of how we train.
Somatic
Leading from the body, not the head
Nervous-System Informed
Reading & regulating the room
Trauma-Sensitive
Deep work, without harm
Presence Over Performance
Capacity, not control
Integrative
Four disciplines, one seat
“A room is only as safe as the facilitator's nervous system. A client is only as held as the facilitator is anchored.”
From the Embodied Facilitator curriculum
The Curriculum
Nine modules. Two movements.
A professional practitioner training, with an emphasis on personally integrating the work so it lives inside you. First you build the foundation within — then you turn outward.

Admissions
This training is for you if…
Admission is by application — a two-way conversation about fit, timing, and readiness.
→ You're already doing the work and feel the gap between understanding it and embodying it.
→ You want to hold a room without performing, collapsing, or controlling.
→ You're called to run your own workshops, retreats, or groups — and to fill them with integrity.
→ You'd rather earn a real, four-part craft than collect another single-skill certificate.
→ You're ready to be changed by the work, not just trained in it.
“If you're in your head, you miss all of it.”
