Graduation made you an alum for life. The Circle keeps you in the live rooms — practicing, being coached, and growing alongside the facilitators coming up behind you.
No. 1
4 in-person immersions
All three Cohort 3 immersions are included in your year — two full days each, in a real room, with real reps. At the door these are $500 apiece. Your Circle covers all of them.
No. 2
Every live call. Both cohorts.
The monthly EF Q+A and Coaching Lab for Cohort 2 and Cohort 3 — four live rooms a month, all year. Show up to one or show up to all of them. Your seat is standing.
No. 3
Full participation
You’re not watching from the back. You get coached in the Labs, you bring real client material to the Q+A, you practice. The current cohort holds the mic first — then the floor is yours.
No. 4
Your library stays open
All nine modules, the Coaching Tools library, and your workbooks remain yours — revisit any of it as your practice deepens. The material reads differently the second year. It’s supposed to.
No. 5
Alumni-first invitations
Advanced trainings, apprenticeship pathways, opportunities to assist at immersions — when we build what comes next, the Circle hears about it before anyone else does.
No. 6
The community of practice
The facilitators in this work are your colleagues now. Swap sessions, refer clients, build together. Some of the most important rooms this year won’t be ones we’re hosting.

Coaching Lab
Live coaching practice and demonstration. Alumni participate fully — volunteer to be coached, practice in breakouts, sharpen your reps.

Your immersions.
All three upcoming immersions are included in your Circle year. Two full days each, 9am–4pm. RSVP so we can hold your place in the room.
Location and travel details are shared with the room ahead of each immersion.
VThe Alumni Agreement
How we hold these rooms together.
You know how a room holds when everyone in it is responsible for it. A few agreements that keep every space clean.
→The current cohort holds the mic first. They’re in their first year of this material — their questions get answered first on every Q+A, and they take priority for coaching demos in the Lab. Then the floor opens to you.
→Bring your real practice. The most valuable thing an alum brings into the room is what’s actually happening with your clients. Your second-year questions raise the level of every call.
→What’s shared in the room stays in the room. Same confidentiality you’ve always held. Clients, names, material — all of it.
→Show up live when you can. The work doesn’t translate the same on a replay. You know this. Come be in it.
