Embodied Facilitatorcertification

IThe Credential

One program.
Four certifications.

Most trainings certify you in one discipline. The Embodied Facilitator graduates you across all four — the complete craft of standing in front of a room and changing what happens in it.

Facilitation
Certified · I

Hold the container. Read and regulate the nervous system of a room, and guide groups through real transformation — without performing, collapsing, or controlling.

Coaching
Certified · II

Draw out what's already there. One-to-one somatic coaching: consent, deep listening, and a full library of tools to midwife insight in the body.

Speaking
Certified · III

Move a room with story. Find your true voice — the simplicity, command, pacing, and cadence that carry people into transformation.

Teaching
Certified · IV

Make the complex simple. Design and deliver experiences — frameworks, language, and event design that let others stand on your shoulders.

IIThe Invitation

Called to the
seat of facilitation?

You are not the source of what shifts in a room — you are the steward of it.

To sit in the seat of facilitator is to hold one of the great privileges of leadership. The vessel through which safety, truth, and possibility can move.

This is a training in that capacity. Not a script. Not a method you perform. The real skill of holding a room in real time — reading what's present, staying open while intensity moves through, and guiding people back to the wisdom already living in them.

Alexi and Preston have been teaching this work for twelve years. Over nine months, it becomes yours.

IIIOur Philosophy

The ground the work stands on.

Five commitments beneath every session — the spiritual and scientific underpinnings of how we train.

01

Somatic

Leading from the body, not the head

02

Nervous-System Informed

Reading & regulating the room

03

Trauma-Sensitive

Deep work, without harm

04

Presence Over Performance

Capacity, not control

05

Integrative

Four disciplines, one seat

"A room is only as safe as the facilitator's nervous system. A client is only as held as the facilitator is anchored."

XIAdmissions

This training is for you if…

Admission is by application — a two-way conversation about fit, timing, and readiness.

  • You're already doing the work — coaching, leading, teaching, holding space — and you feel the gap between understanding it and embodying it.
  • You want to hold a room without performing, collapsing, or controlling.
  • You're called to run your own workshops, retreats, or groups — and to fill them with integrity.
  • You'd rather earn a real, four-part craft than collect another single-skill certificate.
  • You're ready to be changed by the work, not just trained in it.

"If you're in your head, you miss all of it."

The work, in one line
XIIQuestions

Before you apply.

What exactly do I get certified in?
Four professional certifications in one program — Facilitation, Coaching, Speaking, and Teaching — awarded by The Bridge Method upon graduation. Together they form the complete craft of holding a room and changing what happens in it.
Who is this for?
Coaches, leaders, healers, teachers, and speakers called to hold transformational space — whether you're newer to the work or have been at it for years. The application call is where we feel together whether the timing is right.
Do I need prior experience?
No formal prerequisite. The training is built around personally integrating the work, so it lands for both new and seasoned practitioners.
What's the time commitment?
One self-paced module per month (a few hours a week), two 90-minute live calls monthly, a monthly small-group call with your private coach, and three two-day in-person immersions across the year.
Tell me about the immersions.
Three two-day immersions (9am–4pm), held in person — Nov 10–11, 2026; Mar 2–3, 2027; and Jun 26–27, 2027. They're where the work goes from understood to lived. Location and travel details are shared with your cohort.
Why is admission by application?
Not to be precious — because a room is only as safe as the people in it. We cap each cohort at 50 and only admit facilitators who'll do the work.
What is the tuition?
$12,000 paid in full, or payment plans of 6, 9, or 12 months (from $1,077/mo). We'll walk through the options together on your call.
When does Cohort 3 begin?
October 1, 2026, through graduation in July 2027. Applications close when the 50 seats fill — earlier is better.

The Next Step

If you're sensing toward
this work, let's talk.

Admission is by application — we only admit facilitators who'll do the work. Request an invitation, get your questions answered, and if it's a clean yes, claim one of the fifty seats.

Whether you build this capacity inside this cohort or somewhere else — build it.
